From our Product Advisory Council Members: "How would you describe the current TMS options for fleets?"
Members of the BeyondTrucks Advisory Council discuss their assessment of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) available today. The council members explain why current legacy TMS platforms often do not meet the needs of most fleets, covering specific limitations in functionality, integration capabilities, and user experience.

Check out some of our platform's new features:
1. Smart ETA with Hours of Service Integration
We've integrated Hours of Service (HOS) data from your ELD providers directly into our ETA calculations, creating a more accurate and compliant planning tool.
During Load Planning: When assigning drivers, you'll now see their current HOS status with automatic warnings for potential conflicts.
For In-Transit Loads: Real-time ETA calculations now incorporate current HOS status.
Benefits: This integration eliminates the need to manually cross-reference HOS data when planning routes, reduces compliance risks, and provides more accurate delivery windows for your customers. By identifying potential HOS conflicts early, you can proactively reassign loads before they become service failures.
2. Enhanced Export Capabilities
We've upgraded our export system to handle higher volume and simultaneous requests.
Benefits: Your team can now queue multiple exports without worrying about limits, while parallel processing means they'll receive their data faster. This is particularly valuable for month-end reporting and analysis requiring multiple data sets.
