BeyondTrucks
Pricing & Plans

We know you are curious how much BeyondTrucks costs. We have learnt over the years that no two fleets are the same. Our customers typically run specialized, complex or service forward operations, and their needs from a TMS provider vary widely, including different integrations and services required.

Therefore, before we can responsibly quote you a price, we would like to learn more from you.

Conceptually, our pricing is tiered as below.

A TMS Focused on What Matters

Some TMS platforms try to be everything to everyone, adding functionality across accounting, ERP, and other areas that can make the system more complex, and often less focused on what transportation teams actually need.

BeyondTrucks takes a different approach. We focus on doing one thing exceptionally well: providing a powerful, flexible platform built specifically to manage and improve the performance of service-heavy, specialized and dedicated transport operations. Rather than adding many functions with limited capabilities, BeyondTrucks delivers the best-of-breed features that make a difference to your fleet's operational performance, while allowing you to connect with specialized systems that are best in their field.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

BeyondTrucks pricing is based on two things: size and complexity of your operations. Every plan is a subscription that includes hosting, cutting-edge cybersecurity, ongoing updates, customer support, and integration maintenance.

What Determines Your Quote

The size of your operations, in drivers and loads, and the complexity of your requirements determine your price. Our pricing combines a subscription with a-la-carte items, and the final number reflects the ROI we calculate together with you as we scope the engagement. We actively discourage adding items, like extra integrations, that won't generate real value for your fleet.

Is BeyondTrucks Right for Your Fleet?

BeyondTrucks is built for fleets that bring real differentiation to the table, whether that means delivering superior service to your own customers, or handling complex, specialized work like hazardous materials or installation tied to a delivery. If that sounds like your fleet, our workflow and optimization features tend to grow revenue through better equipment and driver utilization, stronger management efficiency, and a real service advantage.

Value That Goes Beyond the Price

BeyondTrucks may not always be the lowest-cost option, but we focus on delivering value that lasts. The right technology should fit the way your business operates, be adopted by your team, and deliver results long after implementation. A lower price means little if the system doesn't meet your needs or isn't fully used.

Pricing FAQ

How much does BeyondTrucks cost?

Pricing depends on your fleet size and the complexity of your requirements, the same factors that drive the value BeyondTrucks brings to your operation.

How does BeyondTrucks pricing compare with other trucking management software?

We're rarely the cheapest, but we aim to be the most worthwhile. We take the time to understand your operations, scope your needs, and configure BeyondTrucks around your workflow, rather than asking you to adapt to ours. See how we compare with specific platforms.

Is pricing per truck, per driver, or per fleet? Are contracts monthly or annual?

BeyondTrucks is sold as an annual subscription, priced by the size of your operation, drivers and loads, and combined with a-la-carte items for what you actually need. We can help you determine ROI jointly as we scope the engagement and develop a strategy on where to focus your investment.

What's included in every package?

Hosting, all software updates, customer support, integration development and maintenance, and SOC 2 Type II security, at no extra charge. See the full list above.

How does pricing change as our fleet grows or adds modules?

The base subscription scales with your fleet size, priced per load or per driver. Add-on items scale differently: as fleets grow, they tend to become more complex and often add more a-la-carte items over time.

Why doesn't BeyondTrucks publish a starting price?

The price our customers pay reflects exactly what they purchase, the same way enterprise software vendors rarely quote a single number. Many TMS platforms serve the small and mid-size segment, which is commoditized and where buyers mostly compare on price alone. We don't compete in that segment, so we'd rather publish how our pricing works than a starting number.

Do you charge an implementation fee?

Yes. Our efforts are more concentrated in the first year, including mostly integration, change management and implementation work. As a commitment to a successful implementation, and a reflection of our financial strength, we can offer financing options for implementation fees if customers request it.

What size fleet is BeyondTrucks built for?

BeyondTrucks supports fleets ranging from mid-sized private operations to large enterprises with complex, specialized needs.

Should I consider switching TMS if my current provider is being acquired?

Ownership changes are one of the most common reasons fleets start evaluating new TMS pricing. If your current provider is being acquired, what a private equity sale can mean for your integrations is a good place to start, alongside our guide on how to budget for a TMS replacement.
