I like the batch functions. We quickly and easily audit/process large amounts of invoices and payables in an instant so we can focus on what matters. They respond to questions extremely quickly and help has never been far away in the instances we have needed it. Our field users took to it like fish in water when we rolled it out last year. We have started integrating with a new TMS called Platform Science and that has been really exciting.
Scheduling drivers and communicating assignments is a snap. Invoicing and Payroll is quicker than ever and I never have to worry about server downtime as it's hosted on the cloud.
