Hans serves as CEO of BeyondTrucks. When Hans drove trucks and later dispatched drivers, he found that dispatchers had rich knowledge but poor tools to turn that knowledge into decisions and execute them across the fleet. To this day, BeyondTrucks' purpose is to improve decisions and work in fleets.

Before founding BeyondTrucks, Hans spent 15 years building companies in markets undergoing major transformation, first in Asia's hospitality and real estate sector, then in US capital markets, where he built and managed an institutional investment platform owning more than $1.2B in assets.

Hans is a member of the Workforce Committee of the National Tank Truck Carriers and the National Accounting and Finance Council of the American Trucking Association. He's served on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards, including Lucid Motors, NeueHouse, Haulistix, GlobalSF, MiraKind, and the San Francisco DTNA.

An avid surfer and father to twins, he's known for his curiosity, entrepreneurial drive, and light-hearted nature. He quickly becomes part of clients' leadership teams, bringing hands-on experience, financial acumen, and technological vision to drive digital transformation in complex business operations.
