BeyondTrucks has launched a new tool: AI Readiness Quiz, now available on our website, to help fleet leaders to check how their Organizations are truly prepared for artificial intelligence benefits.
"Despite the appetite to embrace AI in operations, the vast majority of systems and fleets are not ready to fully realize or utilize it," explains Hans from BeyondTrucks. "We have instances where people buy AI bolt-on solutions where the integration costs essentially eliminate any type of ROI because their main system of record is not multi-tenant."
The quiz addresses a critical industry challenge: while many fleets are eager to adopt AI solutions, inadequate underlying architecture—particularly the lack of multi-tenant systems—can lead to costly integration failures that wipe out any potential return on investment.

1. Warning for Creating Financial Records with Future Dates
Configurable warnings now alert users when creating invoices, payment records, or billing entries with future dates. A warning icon will appear in the list view, and a tooltip provides details.
Benefits: This helps prevent user errors, ensures financial records are created in the correct accounting period, and provides proactive validation for peace of mind.
2. Asset Management – Enhanced History Tracking We have added new columns, "Last Associated Item" and "Previous Assignment ID," which are now visible on the asset list and detail pages. Benefits: This gives you a quick, clear view of asset history and makes it easier to track resource assignments and usage patterns.
3. Invoice PDF – Template Enhancement
The standard invoice template has been redesigned for more detail, better space usage, and a cleaner, more professional look.
Benefits: This update improves clarity for customers, provides a more professional presentation, and enhances information display.
